About The Position
We're looking for a friendly, professional bilingual Receptionist to join the team at Jim Shorkey Gainesville KIA. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide general information about the dealership and services
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
