About The Position
Plaintiff, Personal Injury Law Firm has an opening for an experienced Bilingual (English and Spanish) Case Manager, working in Pre-Litigation. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience working with all facets of a Pre-Litigation case. This is a full-time position, with excellent benefits including Health, Dental, 401K, Life Insurance, PTO and paid holidays. Salary will range between $60-75K (DOE) with a bonus plan.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Attorney with new client intake
- Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster
- Monitor client’s medical treatments
- Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc.
- Prepare the Demand through a template for the Attorney’s review
- Assist with lien reductions when necessary
