About The Position

The Outbound Tele Sales Agent, Primary Care conducts outbound and takes inbound calls from our patients 65 plus years old. We are looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish speaking candidate with the ability to work from home. This role involves conducting outbound and answering inbound calls related to various marketing communications such as PCP Terminations, Mass Moves, Center Consolidation/Relocation, Plan Changes, and Organic patient orientation. The primary goal is to ensure engaged members have their questions answered, understand their situations, and receive assistance with clinical connections or assurances during transitional periods. This includes helping patients schedule appointments, reschedule appointments, and connect them with brokers when necessary.

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and answer inbound calls related to any attrition mitigation marketing communications
• Help ensure engaged members get their questions answered, understand the situation they are in and get assistance with any clinical connections or assurances during this transitional period
• Follow up with patients that we previously acquired to help them get their 2nd appointment scheduled
• Help reschedule appointments and any clinical connections or assurances needed during this transitional period
• Reach out to newly acquired patients that are on a plan that we don't accept to connect them with a broker
• Onboard and orient new, engaged patients acquired through traditional sales channels
