Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive attitude.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Service-oriented.
Able to resolve customer grievances.
Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Assist in managing office activities and operations.
Provide clerical and administrative support to markets across the country.
Handle all inbound calls.
Assist dealers, auctions, and co-workers with originating new loans.
Collect payments on current loans.
Provide information about titles and other questions.
Perform financial transactions including receiving payments for loans and reconciling daily transactions.
Assist with the title process including receiving, verifying, and entering inbound titles.
Perfect liens on titles.
File and audit titles.
Develop strong relationships with dealers, auctions, other financial institutions, and industry connections.
