Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication skills and the kind of natural rapport that puts people at ease fast
  • Sharp organization and the ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, plus experience with an ATS
  • Confident running interviews in person and over the phone, with real attention to detail
  • A proactive, figure-it-out mindset that works just as well solo as on a team

Nice To Haves

  • An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (agency experience is a big bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Building real relationships with local clients and job seekers, and being the first call for staffing needs, placements, and day-to-day support
  • Reviewing resumes, sizing up candidates, and spotting the right fit for each open role
  • Teaming up with recruiters and leadership to hit hiring goals and stay ahead of workforce needs
  • Getting out there at job fairs and community events to keep a strong pipeline of talent flowing
  • Running onboarding start to finish, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and making sure everything is complete and compliant
  • Owning first-day logistics so every new hire has a smooth, welcoming start
  • Processing timecards and reviewing hours so payroll goes out accurate and on time
  • Checking in regularly with clients and associates to keep everyone happy and catch issues before they grow
