The Bilingual Nurse Case Manager (NCM) is a key member of the Patient Support team, responsible for coordinating and delivering services for Sentrex Health Solutions' patient support programs. This role involves managing all aspects of program support, serving as the primary contact for assigned healthcare providers (HCPs), and ensuring patients have easy access to support programs and their prescribed drug therapy. The NCM will also interact with patients, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, and other HCPs to secure medication coverage and manage patient cases.
