Kids Help Phone (KHP) is Canada’s Unlock The Hope Youth Charity, offering the first and only national 24/7, free, confidential, and multilingual e-mental health service for youth. As a supervisor, the role involves supervising volunteer crisis responders through an online platform, ensuring timely and high-quality support for service users. The position also includes taking conversations during high demand, providing clinical support to volunteers in crisis situations, liaising with emergency services, engaging and supporting the volunteer community, and collaborating with other supervisors. This is a remote relief position open exclusively to candidates residing in the province of Quebec.
