About The Position

At TLS, we don’t just answer calls, we create moments. We’re looking for people who lead with empathy, care deeply about others, and want to make a difference with every interaction. This is a remote role, and we are based out of London, Ontario. Weekend and evening availability are part of what helps us support our brands when they need us most. We are currently seeking MomentMakers® for Multiple Brands.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada.
• Must be fluent in English and French
• A natural ability to make people feel heard and valued
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems
• The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service is an asset

• Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat
• Schedule appointments and share helpful information
• Listen with empathy and find the best solutions
