Requirements
- Bilingual - Spanish fluency required.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
- Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by providing efficient and courteous service, processing accurate teller transactions.
- Cross-sell products/services in alignment with members' financial needs and CFCU strategic goals.
- Serve as the first contact for most member interactions.
- Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build relationships with Communication Federal Credit Union members.
- Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
