Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Good math skills
Customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Nice To Haves

Cash handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals.
Perform other specific assigned side-jobs and assist other Bank Tellers with a variety of duties.
Open new accounts and consult with clients on loan applications.
Punctually attend meetings, interact with clients, and keep workspace clean and organized.
Use customer service skills to ensure members are promptly and professionally served.
Ensure member information is secure and confidential.
Travel to other Branch locations for coverage.
