Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in administration, customer service, or other relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills (clear and concise via email, letter, and phone).
  • A 'whatever it takes' attitude; enjoys new challenges daily.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment of change.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • A medical or insurance background would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support for group medical underwriters.
  • Analyzing and managing medical underwriting requests.
  • Preparing documentation.
  • Administering operational practices, including invoicing.
  • Managing information systems.
  • Communicating with customers.
  • Interacting on the phone with clients, physicians, and other departments.
  • Using various technologies.
  • Demonstrating exceptional administration skills.
