About The Position

As a key member of our team, you’ll provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries with professionalism and urgency. You will guide customers through policy updates, payments, and other underwriting-related tasks. You will build lasting relationships with customers by resolving challenges and offering tailored solutions. Ensure accuracy in processing policy changes and identify logical next steps for follow-ups. Collaborate with team members to share insights, document processes, and improve efficiency. Review work for quality and suggest improvements to enhance operations. Maintain detailed documentation of actions and decisions for each customer interaction. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent underwriting experience; prior leadership experience required.
  • Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Resident General Lines License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • MUST BE Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal proficiency).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work after hours or weekends as needed.
