The compensation for this position is between $59,400 and $74,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Job Summary As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life across IPEX’s Plumbing & Mechanical segment in Canada. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, support impactful campaigns, and deliver engaging content that strengthens our brand and drives business growth. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B or brand marketing
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Comfortable navigating complexity and adapting to changing priorities

Nice To Haves

• Experience utilizing Adobe Photoshop for graphic design is an asset

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Innovation, and external partners to align marketing programs with organizational goals and market needs
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including advertising plans and media schedules, while building relationships with trade publications
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timely execution within budget
• Create, edit, and proofread content across multiple channels to ensure a consistent, compelling brand voice
• Monitor campaign performance by tracking key metrics, generating insights, and recommending improvements to optimize results
• Partner with graphic design teams to develop high-quality marketing materials and product literature
• Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to support targeted campaigns and maintain accurate audience data
• Contribute to the development of learning content for internal platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Lead the coordination and execution of trade shows and events, including logistics, booth planning, and on-site support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
