About The Position

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is hiring a bilingual therapist for its Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team, serving Milwaukee, Sheboygan, and Jefferson counties. FCT is a fully implemented, home-based, trauma-informed model that supports family stabilization or reunification by helping families identify practical solutions, strengthen relationships, and interrupt intergenerational trauma. The work is grounded in recognizing and building on families’ strengths. The therapist provides direct clinical treatment according to FCT principles and fidelity expectations, with a target of five hours per week per family. The role carries a small caseload of three to five families, depending on travel. The therapist learns and applies the FCT model and completes Level 1 Certification within 12 months, with support from a supervisor and team trainer. The position includes weekly individual and team supervision, peer review, and participation in a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system. The schedule is flexible and includes some evening hours based on family needs; coaching coverage includes one to two weekends per quarter. This is a hybrid-remote, full-time position requiring fluency in Spanish and English. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
