About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is hiring a polished and personable Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Legal Receptionist & Legal Assistant for our Temecula office serving the Inland Empire. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with legal assistant duties, supporting a family law practice. You’ll be the face and voice of our Temecula team with duties including welcoming clients, coordinating schedules, managing legal documents, and assisting attorneys with day-to-day casework. We’re looking for someone who is client-focused, organized, tech-savvy, and ready to grow with a highly professional legal team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Tech-proficient and quick to learn legal software
  • Professional demeanor with confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues using sound judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates who complete the Predictive Index (PI) assessment will receive priority consideration and expedited follow-up for interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and legal service logs
  • Maintain common areas and breakroom supplies
  • Assist with client onboarding and intake in firm software
  • Coordinate office calendar, track support logs, and submit facility requests
  • Scan, save, and organize case-related documents
  • Assist paralegal as needed
