About The Position

RADCO is seeking a passionate, Spanish-fluent Leasing Consultant to represent the company and communicate the features and benefits of its communities. The role focuses on helping prospective residents, building relationships, delivering strong customer service, and contributing to a welcoming community atmosphere. The Leasing Consultant responds to resident and prospect inquiries, welcomes guests, conducts property tours, processes rental applications and lease documentation, and supports community marketing plans and events. The position also requires reliable transportation for job functions; a valid driver’s license may be required depending on property size and possible golf-cart use. Team members may be asked to perform other reasonable tasks consistent with company objectives.

Requirements

At least 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Fluency in Spanish.
Strong arithmetic, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer service-related concerns.
Experience with social media marketing.
Initiative and self-motivation to complete assigned tasks.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Reliable personal transportation to fulfill the job’s functions.
A valid driver’s license may be required depending on property size and potential need to use a golf cart.

Nice To Haves

YARDI® experience is preferred but not required.
A basic understanding of Federal, State, and local Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospective residents, and schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout the property.
Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease-file documents.
Assist with planning and implementing the community marketing plan and events to generate traffic.
Treat residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism, reflecting RADCO’s value of Caring.
Perform other reasonable tasks or requests consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
