This role involves delivering an exceptional leasing experience, showcasing apartment homes, and building lasting relationships with prospective and current residents. As the first point of contact for the community, the Leasing Consultant will utilize their sales, communication, and organizational skills to guide prospects through the leasing process, support resident satisfaction, and contribute to the success of the communities. The ideal candidate will have previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service.
