About The Position

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will help customers purchase products for roofing, building, and remodeling projects by providing knowledgeable, service-oriented sales support. The role requires Spanish/English bilingual communication and a commitment to customer service, sales, and teamwork. The shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

• Bilingual speaking ability in Spanish and English is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
• Detail- and service-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows, such as roofing supply sales or site work with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product and supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time and all items were accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
