About The Position

ABC Supply is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products. Inside Sales Associates provide customer service and help customers purchase products for roofing, building, and remodeling projects. This role serves customers by identifying their needs, recommending products and solutions, processing sales, coordinating with the warehouse, and resolving service concerns. Spanish/English bilingual speaking ability is required. The pay rate is $22–25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Bilingual speaking ability in Spanish and English is required.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred, including roofing supply sales or site work with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product and supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and all items are accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
