About The Position

UNIQLO Canada is seeking a Bilingual In-Store Marketing Coordinator to join our In-store Marketing team. This position supports the team with the creation of in-store marketing assets, including graphic design and translation/adaption (English to French). The Bilingual In-Store Marketing Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to ensure the high-quality marketing materials are prepared for our stores and properly represents the company’s mission and philosophy. This position requires independence, self-motivation, and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in Graphic Design and file preparation for print production
  • Experience with translation/adaption (FR/EN)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Communication, Graphic Design, or a relevant/ closely related field
  • Must have native or full, professional proficiency in both oral and written Québécois French and English
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing and/or graphic design experience
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, In Design, and Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mentality and interest in store operations
  • Team player, with the ability to work well across functional teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Multi-cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to travel in other cities/provinces and flexible work hours as needed to support events and openings

Responsibilities

  • Primarily handle English to Quebecois French translations for all standard In-Store Marketing Materials
  • Support in the production of printed In-store Marketing materials via Adobe Illustrator through file creation and editing, and preparation for print
  • Provide general administrative support, including creating and processing quotes and invoices, and weekly budget control report updates
  • Support stores from a Point of Purchase perspective, creating store signage, for new store openings and existing stores within Canada
  • Create printed and digital marketing assets including in store signage, posters, banners, flyers
  • Collaborate across internal groups to support the development of various campaigns and initiatives, as well as external vendors/partners for asset order fulfillment
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of developed in-store marketing assets, timely order submission to print vendor and delivery to stores
  • Assist with internal and external communication
  • Co-develop and lead local store marketing-related programs
  • Assist with meeting scheduling and communication with vendors and consultants
