Bilingual In-Home Therapist – 4-day work week!
About The Position
Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic therapists interested in working to enhance the mental wellness of people within our community. NFS values your experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This position is great for a newly licensed Master's level clinician as we provide supervision for Independent Licensure. Independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets. The Bilingual In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. We offer full-time or Fee-For-Service (FFS) hours.
Requirements
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
