In-Home Therapist– 4-day work week!
About The Position
Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking Clinicians to join their growing team in Massachusetts. NFS is a dynamic agency that values the experience of therapists delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families facing life challenges or mental health concerns. This role is ideal for dedicated mental health professionals seeking a new opportunity within a rapidly growing and well-regarded organization. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to address a youth’s behavioral needs. Bilingual opportunities are available, with options for Full Time or Fee-For-Service (FFS) hours. The agency offers competitive rates and a unique summer schedule with early Friday closures from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

- Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday
