In-Home Therapist– 4-day work week!
About The Position
Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking Clinicians to join their growing team in Massachusetts. NFS is a dynamic agency with generous compensation and premier benefits, looking to expand its team with talented and enthusiastic therapists interested in enhancing the mental wellness of people within the community. NFS values experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families experiencing difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed Master's level clinician as supervision for Independent Licensure will be provided. Independent licensed clinicians will have opportunities to expand their skillsets. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Bilingual opportunities are available. Full Time or Fee-For-Service (FFS) hours are offered. The agency also offers a summer schedule with early Friday closures from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Responsibilities
- Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
