Caravela Coffee is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to join their team and help bring and develop the best talent to their Importing Offices located in Australia, the USA, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. This role is a crucial part of the wider People & Culture Team, responsible for overseeing all P&C/HR processes. The ideal candidate is a driven team player and multitasker who can liaise with international offices and the P&C team in Latin America. They should be curious, willing to learn, take initiative, be highly organized yet flexible, and possess cultural sensitivity with clear and compassionate communication skills. A soft yet assertive and down-to-earth communication style is also desired.
