About The Position

Our client is hiring a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join a growing, people-focused team in Tappan, NY. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English and passionate about supporting employees, creating a great onboarding experience, and building a career in Human Resources. Bilingual Spanish/English is REQUIRED for this role — you will actively support a diverse workforce and communicate with employees in both languages daily. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience and grow quickly within a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in HR, or recruiting
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (REQUIRED) – must be comfortable communicating verbally and in writing in both languages

Responsibilities

  • Lead a smooth, welcoming new hire onboarding experience (paperwork, orientations, first-day setup)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance and confidentiality
  • Support recruiting efforts: post jobs, review resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Act as a go-to HR resource for employees in both Spanish and English
  • Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking
  • Provide day-to-day HR support including reporting, documentation, and data entry
  • Partner with the HR team on ongoing projects and process improvements
