About The Position

Carenet Health is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare CSR for a remote, work-from-home position. This role focuses on supporting patients with their healthcare needs through outbound calls related to a food box program. Team members will enroll individuals into the program or reauthorize their participation. The position requires an empathetic, patient-focused individual who enjoys interacting with patients, providers, and pharmacies. At some point, this role may require travel to New York City for a company-arranged and covered training session. This project helps take charge of people's health journey through tailored nutrition – food-as-medicine programs – that are medically designed to empower members fight chronic illness. Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports
Able to travel to New York City for 1 day to attend a four hour training. Travel is company-arranged and covered; candidates must be able to travel by air.

Responsibilities

Perform outbound calls to enroll the person into their food box program or to reauthorize the person into the program.
