This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, processing reservations and adjustments, and coordinating with other sales staff. The role also involves monitoring and collecting missing forms and fees, responding to sales leads, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. The coordinator will work in a climate-controlled office environment and interact extensively with individuals and organizations on behalf of the U.S. Space & Rocket Center and the Foundation.
