Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable learning new technology and dental software

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify patient information and update records
Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the daily schedule
Assist patients with treatment estimates, financial arrangements, and insurance questions
Verify dental insurance benefits
Collect patient payments and process transactions
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Respond to emails and patient inquiries
Assist with daily office organization and administrative tasks
Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for every patient
