About The Position

Clutch is looking for a Bilingual Field Specialist (Mandarin/Cantonese) to be the face of our company in our first Retail location at Markville Mall! Since our entire car-buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Valid OMVIC License (company will assist in obtaining).
• A passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• Experience with warranty products.

Responsibilities

• Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles, assessing cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Take thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
• Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary.
