Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with VMS systems a plus!
- Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
- Use creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate
- Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires
