About The Position
We are looking for an energetic, people-focused Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to help connect great candidates with great opportunities. This role involves engaging with people, being active in the community, and assisting individuals in finding employment, utilizing fluency in both English and Spanish daily.

Responsibilities
- Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish)
- Calling, texting, and emailing applicants
- Interviewing candidates and making job offers
- Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation
- Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees
- Tracking recruiting activity and progress
