About The Position

Recruit and hire candidates for a variety of manufacturing and administrative roles, conducting interviews and candidate communications in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or related experience; manufacturing or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Source applicants through job boards, community partnerships, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supervisors to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage the full hiring process from application to offer, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support new hires through onboarding steps, paperwork, and orientation coordination.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with translating HR documents, communications, and training materials as needed.
  • Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to workforce development initiatives and help strengthen the talent pipeline.
