We are looking for an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our HR team and recruit top-notch talent by managing our hiring process. In this role, you will run the end-to-end recruitment process primarily for our frontline roles, from creating job descriptions and posting them online to interviewing candidates and selecting the best person for the job. You will also work closely with the hiring manager to assist with candidate selection and onboard all successful candidates into the company.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Fluent English & Spanish Required)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and industry practices
  • Experience using recruitment software, such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Paycom
  • Exceptional administrative, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • An overview understanding of the H2B visa program process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people different from you with humility and respect
  • Dependable, on time, and professional
  • Displays high integrity and honesty
  • Service-oriented, friendly and positive demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a long-term recruitment strategy and plan that aligns with our business mission and vision.
  • Draft job descriptions and required qualifications for all current and potential roles.
  • Organize all candidate data into an applicant tracking system and update it regularly.
  • Communicate with candidates appropriately to keep them up to date at every point in the hiring process.
  • Work with hiring managers to hire the most suitable candidates in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process using performance metrics and analytical tools.
  • Prepare offer letters, conduct new-hire orientation, and set up employee profiles in our HRIS and timekeeping systems, and all other onboarding tasks in a timely manner.
  • Occasional travel is required.
