About The Position
EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter fluent in both Spanish and English to join their team in Aberdeen, MD. The company values honesty, integrity, maturity, passion, and family first. The role involves actively seeking and attracting candidates, using creative thinking and marketing skills for job postings and social media, interviewing and assessing candidates, building a talent pipeline, and managing the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s. The goal is to connect great people with great jobs and impact order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience: 3+ years
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with VMS systems
- Leadership exposure/experience
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates.
- Use creative thinking and marketing skills for postings, social media, and community outreach.
- Interview and assess candidates to find the right fit for job opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification for new hires.
- Manage and impact order fulfillment by placing qualified candidates.
