Bilingual English/Spanish Home Care Scheduler
About The Position
Complete Homecare PA is seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. The qualified applicant would be responsible for shared scheduling duties to ensure our clients have coverage for all of their home care shifts. The applicant needs to be bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior experience as a home health scheduler is a plus. This position is also responsible for assisting with the night/weekend rotation of our company hotline phone, where all urgent calls go outside of normal business hours. Please note this is a fast-paced environment and organizational skills are a must.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must possess prior experience in home care (not as an aide).
- Must be comfortable with a computer and Microsoft programs.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a home health scheduler is a plus.
- Experience with HHAExchange is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client schedules.
