About The Position

At Sonoran Plumbing Supply Company, LLC, we are looking for a full-time Bilingual Driver - Plumbing Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time driving position operates Monday through Friday with shifts ranging between 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Some drivers will start as early as 4:45 AM, ensuring materials get where they need to be on time. As a Bilingual Driver - Plumbing Warehouse Associate, you will start by preparing your 20+ foot stake bed truck for deliveries, checking your route, and ensuring all materials are loaded correctly. You will spend part of your day on the road, delivering plumbing supplies to customers across the area and picking up materials from local vendors. In between deliveries, you will assist in the warehouse by pulling and packing orders, counting and verifying incoming shipments, and stocking materials in the correct locations. You will safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory as needed. Throughout the day, you will work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• 1+ year(s) of delivery driving experience and warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand dollies safely
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs. without assistance and heavier items with lifting equipment
• DOT Certification or the ability to obtain certification (provided with hire)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing temperatures
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of driving experience
• 2+ years of plumbing industry experience
• Familiarity with plumbing products
• Experience with inventory management systems (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Savance, Salesforce, Epicor)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
