This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Production hard worker to join their vibrant team. Busy food manufacturer has an excellent opportunity for experienced or entry level Warehouse Associates on all shifts. Candidates must be extremely dependable, organized, and safety conscious.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and documentation processes.
  • Basic English (able to read labels, POs, and BOLs)
  • At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
  • Familiar with inventory counts, picking, and packing
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email)
  • Ability to read and verify POs, BOLs, and product labels
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable standing for long periods
  • Able to work in refrigerated or freezer environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain inventory accuracy (FIFO/FEFO)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
  • Food/refrigeration/perishables experience is highly preferred.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
  • Experience in cold storage or food industry is a plus
  • Experience with WMS or NetSuite is preferred
  • RF scanner experience is a plus
  • Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
  • Prepare and verify outgoing shipments and packing lists.
  • Maintain inventory records and update systems accurately.
  • Communicate with carriers and internal departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with SOPs.
  • Support audits, compliance initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
