About the position
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at StockX, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our global customers. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will handle various customer queries, manage the order fulfillment process, and ensure positive outcomes for our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French, along with your strong interpersonal skills, will be essential in resolving customer concerns and maintaining a customer-centric culture. Responsibilities
- Handling all customer service needs and support for European customers
- Taking ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for customers
- Helping manage the order fulfillment process
- Listening and responding to customer needs and concerns
- Researching answers or solutions as needed
- Resolving customer queries and updating system accounts accordingly
- Recording details of customer conversations and actions taken
- Working to improve customer service by monitoring support communications
- Being flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as needed
- Possessing situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention
Requirements
- Experience of customer service/call center experience
- Bilingual in English & French (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (Strong communicator who can explain complex information in simple ways)
- Proven ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers
- Possess situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention
- Flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as they come up
- Must be willing to travel to the London Soho office if required
- Working Hours: Variable shifts (some evenings & weekends)
