Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - French/English

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at StockX, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our global customers. • Handling all customer service needs and support for European customers
• Taking ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for customers
• Helping manage the order fulfillment process
• Listening and responding to customer needs and concerns
• Researching answers or solutions as needed
• Resolving customer queries and updating system accounts accordingly
• Recording details of customer conversations and actions taken
• Working to improve customer service by monitoring support communications
• Being flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as needed
• Possessing situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention

• Experience of customer service/call center experience
• Bilingual in English & French (written and verbal)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (Strong communicator who can explain complex information in simple ways)
• Proven ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers
• Possess situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention
• Flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as they come up
• Must be willing to travel to the London Soho office if required
• Working Hours: Variable shifts (some evenings & weekends)
