About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join the team. This role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software
  • Basic administrative and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Organized and manage keys, as well as file and maintain important documents
  • Communicate with multiple departments, team members, and customers both in person and over the phone
  • Process payments form successful bidders accurately and efficiently
  • deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
