As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers, process orders, and work closely with our sales, warehouse, and operations teams to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- Customer service or order processing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and computer systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CRM or order management software is a plus
- Food distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders for frozen, refrigerated, and dry food products
- Assist customers in English and Spanish via phone and email
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Track orders and resolve customer questions
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Support the sales team with quotes, invoices, and order documentation
