We are currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Investments to join a fast-paced financial services contact centre. This role is ideal for someone with strong client service experience, investment knowledge, and completion of either the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE). The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting inquiries related to investment accounts, trading functions, account services, and general financial service requests. This position requires strong communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Mandarin, or Cantonese, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional, accurate, and timely support in a client-facing environment.
