Requirements

  • Love helping people.
  • Strong communication skills (email and phone: clear, concise, and friendly).
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to sit while using a computer and a headset for prolonged periods of time.
  • 2+ years of Contact Centre experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude – ability to navigate multiple applications while supporting callers.
  • Problem-solving skills; understand caller needs and learn quickly to get the best results.
  • Fluently Bilingual (English & French) written and spoken is required.
