Requirements

Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written.
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or call center environment.
Post-secondary education.
Strong active listening skills.
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
Tech-savvy, with comfort using a variety of customer service software and systems.
Able to work independently and within a team environment.
Previous participation in an employee group benefits plan.
Bilingual (French) communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for Plan Members and their healthcare providers, primarily via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide plan coverage information.
Explain claims processes.
Support customer inquiries to create a smooth, positive experience.
Advocate for Plan Members and excel in delivering exceptional service.
Manage multiple priorities efficiently while remaining focused and composed.
Remain positive and professional, even after difficult interactions.
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused environment as a team player.
Handle inquiries confidently and provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses.
