About The Position

This full-time role is responsible for supporting core human resources functions with a primary focus on the administration, coordination, and communication of employee benefits programs, leave of absence administration, workers compensation, recordkeeping, reporting, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, training and employee relations. This role ensures accurate processing, compliance with regulations, and a positive employee experience related to onboarding, benefits enrollment and management.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience required, including process coordination, recordkeeping, confidentiality, and prior people-facing experience

Nice To Haves

  • Human Resources, compliance, and/or benefits experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR practices, onboarding, ACA, and employee records management a plus
  • Ability to support employee engagement through creative HR content, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives is highly valued
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
