This full-time role is responsible for supporting core human resources functions with a primary focus on the administration, coordination, and communication of employee benefits programs, leave of absence administration, workers compensation, recordkeeping, reporting, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, training and employee relations. This role ensures accurate processing, compliance with regulations, and a positive employee experience related to onboarding, benefits enrollment and management.
