About The Position

RTO National is recruiting a Bilingual Collections Representative to support its continued growth. The role is responsible for collecting payments on customer accounts while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate maintains past-due accounts in line with company goals, uses a firm and fair collections approach, builds customer relationships to support consistent collections, and is results-driven in meeting goals and earning bonuses.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service, collections, or sales.
• Call center experience.
• Results-driven and able to thrive while working toward goals and bonuses.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
