About The Position

EPIC Health is seeking an Illinois-licensed Spanish speaking LCPC or LCSW to provide clinical supervision and oversight for our behavioral health services in Illinois. This role will provide clinical guidance and supervision to our LPC based in Chicago, while supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant behavioral health services. The Clinical Supervisor will collaborate with behavioral health providers, primary care providers, and organizational leadership to ensure appropriate clinical standards, documentation, and patient care practices are maintained. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Illinois LCPC or LCSW license required.
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Experience providing behavioral health services in a clinical setting.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision or the qualifications required to provide clinical supervision in Illinois.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical ethics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with behavioral health and medical providers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supervising LPCs or other behavioral health professionals.
  • Experience in primary care, integrated behavioral health, community mental health, or outpatient healthcare.
  • Experience working with diverse and underserved patient populations.
  • Experience with EHR systems and healthcare documentation.
  • Spanish-speaking required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to an Illinois-licensed LPC in accordance with Illinois requirements and organizational standards.
  • Provide ongoing clinical guidance, consultation, and support related to patient care.
  • Review clinical documentation and provide feedback to support quality and compliance.
  • Assist with identifying appropriate treatment approaches, referrals, and escalation of complex clinical situations.
  • Maintain appropriate supervision documentation and records.
  • Ensure supervised services are delivered within applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with behavioral health providers, primary care providers, and other members of the care team.
  • Support integrated behavioral health services within the primary care setting.
  • Provide consultation regarding behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, crisis situations, and patient needs.
  • Promote evidence-based and patient-centered approaches to behavioral healthcare.
  • Support appropriate referrals to higher levels of care and community resources when needed.
  • Ensure behavioral health services and documentation meet applicable Illinois regulations, payer requirements, HIPAA standards, and organizational policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows, documentation, and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
  • Stay current on Illinois behavioral health regulations and professional standards.
