Marin Community Clinic is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join their team. Marin Community Clinics, established in 1972, is a multi-clinic network offering integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty, and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), they serve nearly 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County and have received national awards from HRSA. Their mission is to promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all, with a focus on health equity for vulnerable patients through family-centered, trauma-informed care and case management. The role requires familiarity with Latin culture and race-based stress/trauma work. The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (BHC Supervisor) acts in a clinical leadership and training capacity, co-leading clinical supervision and the implementation of Marin Community Clinic’s ASW training program in Integrated Behavioral Health. This position supervises junior clinical staff, including ASWs pursuing licensure, and helps lead the ASW training fellowship for bilingual/bicultural clinicians. The LCSW Clinical Supervisor also co-teaches weekly didactic seminars on integrated behavioral health practice and provides assessment and treatment to patients of all ages with behavioral health needs. The supervisor is considered an expert, providing consultation, training, and support to the healthcare team. This role is part of a dynamic team, collaborating with medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, and receptionists, and is integrated into the primary care team, with support from the behavioral health department through meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision. A signing bonus of up to $20,000 is available, with specific program terms and conditions applying.
