About The Position

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a bilingual Client Services Administrator to provide sales support to our global Client Services team. This is an in-office position based in one of our North America Offices. GLI is the global leader in the testing and certification of gaming devices and systems, with a history of world-class customer service delivery to jurisdictions worldwide. This role supports clients' needs by providing administrative sales support for the LACSP Client Services team. It is a customer service/sales-focused position for someone who thrives on driving sales and helping others solve problems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a related administrative support position is required.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish including the ability to translate written correspondence from English to Spanish and Spanish to English in a clear, eloquent, and professional manner.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasionally in the early morning, as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in team meetings with other departments to track project statuses, hours used and remaining and communicates any potential issues in project management to the LACSP team.
  • Communicates between internal members and external customers, ensuring that all parties have the necessary information and resources to execute their assigned projects.
  • Works closely with the team to organize and schedule meetings, as requested.
  • Tracks client billing and supports invoice collection procedures, when required.
  • Assists with drafting sales proposals for the LACSP team in a clear, complete, and accurate manner.
  • Generates reports and statistics related to the flow of the business.
  • Assists in the translation of documents from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English.
  • Handles CRM notes after calls and follows the (proposal -> project -> delivery) flow.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.
