About The Position

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a bilingual Client Services Administrator to provide sales support to our global Client Services team. This is an in-office position based in one of our North America Offices. GLI has been the global leader in the testing and certification of gaming devices and systems since 1989, known for its stability and world-class customer service. This role supports clients in the Gambling industry by providing administrative sales support for the LACSP Client Services team. It is a customer service/sales-focused position for someone who thrives on driving sales and helping others solve problems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a related administrative support position is required.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish including the ability to translate written correspondence from English to Spanish and Spanish to English in a clear, eloquent, and professional manner.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasionally in the early morning, as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in team meetings with other departments to track project statuses, hours used and remaining and communicates any potential issues in project management to the LACSP team.
  • Communicates between internal members and external customers, ensuring that all parties have the necessary information and resources to execute their assigned projects.
  • Works closely with the team to organize and schedule meetings, as requested.
  • Tracks client billing and supports invoice collection procedures, when required.
  • Assists with drafting sales proposals for the LACSP team in a clear, complete, and accurate manner.
  • Generates reports and statistics related to the flow of the business.
  • Assists in the translation of documents from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English.
  • Handles CRM notes after calls and follows the (proposal -> project -> delivery) flow.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.
