About The Position

Mindful Support Services is seeking a Bilingual Care Coordinator (internally called Client Support Specialist) to serve as the initial contact for new client intakes and appointment scheduling. This role is crucial in pairing new clients with the provider that best fits their needs and building relationships by educating clients on insurance, authorizations, payments, and provider policies. The position plays an essential function in improving the community's access to mental health care. No prior medical or insurance experience is required, as in-depth training is provided. This is a full-time, 100% in-office position at our Goodyear location.

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer support role.

Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients via phone and email.
Create a warm and welcoming phone call for new clients calling to access mental healthcare for the first time.
Match new clients with the mental health provider that best suits their needs.
Communicate clearly and effectively.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when entering client data.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative goals.
Assist with emotionally challenging phone calls and refer clients in crisis to the appropriate resources.
Educate clients about insurance, authorizations, provider policies, and payments.
